We conduct risk based closures of brownfield and distressed sites through the US EPA Vapor Intrusion Screening Level (VISL) and the US EPA Regional Screening Level calculators.   We negotiate site case closure based on risk based exposure pathway modeling, site management plans and environmental covenants.  Active remediation may or may not be required.  Regardless, we handle your site from cradle to grave if necessary.

We find the quickest, most efficient and cost effective path between your current situation and Site closure so development can get underway. Ofttimes development is conducted concurrently with risk based closure agreements.  What does that mean? For example, if you were planning demolition anyway, that might proceed so we can inspect under the building.  That's just one example.
